We want SwiftEstimate to pay for itself on your first job. This policy covers subscriptions, add-ons, one-time services, and payments your customers make through the app.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a free trial and a limited number of estimates. No card is charged until you choose a paid plan, so we encourage you to test the full workflow first.
Monthly subscriptions
If you're not satisfied, email support@getswiftestimate.com within 14 days of your first paid charge and we'll refund it in full. After that window, monthly plans can be canceled at any time and remain active through the end of the current billing period; partial months are not refunded.
Annual subscriptions
Annual plans may be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we issue a prorated refund for the unused whole months remaining in the term when you cancel.
Add-ons and plan changes
SMS add-on charges are billed monthly and are non-refundable once messages have been sent in that period. Upgrades are prorated immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal and no credit is issued for the current period.
One-time services
Done-for-you price book setup and regional catalog purchases are refundable in full until work begins or the catalog is delivered to your account. Once your price book has been built or seeded, these fees are non-refundable.
Payments from your customers
Deposits and job payments your customers make through SwiftEstimate belong to you and are settled to your connected payout account. Refunds of those payments — including mobilization deposits — are handled between you and your customer under the terms of your estimate. SwiftEstimate can help you process a refund through Stripe but does not decide whether one is owed.
How to request a refund
Email support@getswiftestimate.com from the address on your account with your business name and the charge date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
